Before becoming an attorney, Rogelio ("row-hell-leo")
was the son of one-time undocumented workers from Mexico. Growing up, his mother and father were functionally illiterate, and Rogelio has never forgotten where he came from.
Upon graduation from high school, Rogelio decided to serve his country by serving as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. After four years of honorable service, he returned to Riverside, California and began the long journey to becoming a licensed California attorney, which he completed in June 2010 - State Bar of California, SBN # 270706.
In 2011, Rogelio was featured by the local press about an inspiring case in which he never gave up and won the freedom of his client.
Rogelio is the proud recipient of the Wiley Manuel Award from State Bar of California. for providing pro bono legal to low-income clients.
